Virnika sends each phone order straight to your POS, so it prints or shows on your kitchen display just like an online order. We also keep your menu, prices and out-of-stock items in sync with your POS, so callers can only order what you can actually make.

If your POS connects through a partner like Deliverect or Stream, the partner may need to set up their side first. Your specialist will tell you if that applies.

To stay on schedule, approve the connection or send your POS login or API key as soon as we ask. If a reseller or IT company manages your POS, loop them in early. See your part in setup.

Looking for your POS? See the full list of supported POS systems, including the ones we reach through Deliverect, Stream and Olo.

We provide a OneTablet order tablet for your store. Phone orders appear on it automatically, and your POS keeps working as it does today. See OneTablet order tablet.
